Our HFC team

Our medcal team is supervised by the Medical Advisor. 

Two registered Doctors are giving primary healthcare consultations five days a week at the medical center.  They get support from our Medical Center Assistant in their daily tasks.

Furthermore, another Doctor does telemedicine consultations every day outside of our medical center opening hours, weekends and government holidays. 

ATIA

Health Family Care team is guided and supported technically by ATIA, a French INGO

Supervised by the Branch Manager, four Service Promoters Cum Fee Collectors and two Community Facilitators go every day on the field to work closely with the community. 

Daily home visits allow us to provide personalized follow-ups to people in need and to give them the necessary advice for their recovery. Our beneficiaries can also get the necessary support through our helpline 24/7, maintained by our Community Facilitators.

The majority of the field team has a close connection with the Bhashantek slum, which greatly facilitates our work. 

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the many tasks involved in setting up a mutual insurance service are managed by an Officer, a Junior Officer and an Office Assistant.

Their encoding part is particularly important to help the management team in the strategy adjustment work.
